Katie's Version

So, Brian and I have been discussing starting our own blog for awhile now, but we just haven't gotten started. Yesterday, while I was gone, Brian started a blog for us!! I was so excited...the only problem (problem in my eyes) was that the title of the blog and web address was South of Campus (southofcampus.blogspot.com). Brian said that KatieandBrian.blogspot.com was already taken so we had to use something else which led him, naturally, to pick southofcampus. When I asked why this was the pick, he said, "Kate, remember Saves the Day, The Ataris, or The Academy is...?! At first people didn't really understand it, but now everyone loves those names and no one thinks they are weird!!" So, I understood that his point was to start a "creative" blog. However, I'm just much more conventional so I decided to start an uncreative blog for us. I figure that when South of Campus's fifteen minutes of fame are over, brianandkatiehazen will still be going strong! Remember: Billy Joel, Elton John, Michael Jackson! Who says you need a cover?! And that is our blogging story thus far! Stay tuned to see how it unfolds!
